• What is Silk'n Bright?

  Silk'n Bright is a silicone facial cleansing brush that deep cleanses and massages the skin. It removes dirt and makeup residue in seconds, unclogs pores, gently exfoliates the skin and improves blood circulation. In addition, it helps promote the absorption of skin care products.

• Why should I clean my face with a facial cleansing brush?

  When you cleanse your skin with your hands, it is often not thoroughly cleansed. Traces of dirt and makeup are still left behind in the pores. Silk'n Bright is different. It cleanses more effectively and removes 5x more makeup than with hands alone, leaving you with deeply-cleansed, smooth and radiant skin.

• Why should I use a silicone face brush?

  Compared to facial cleansing brushes that have a microfibre brush head, Silk'n Bright has long and soft silicone studs. Silicone resists the build-up of bacteria and ensures an ultra-hygienic treatment. In addition, Silk'n Bright also saves you money as there is no need to purchase refill brush heads ever again.

• Why does it have two sides?

  The front side contains silicone studs for deep cleansing purposes. The thinner studs on this side are for gentle cleansing and the thicker studs are suitable for more precise cleansing, specially meant for hard to reach areas like around the nose, eyes and chin. The back side is provided with silicone ridges to undo your skin from stress by giving it a titillating, relaxing massage. Additionally, you can also use it with you favourite serum or day/night cream to help it penetrate deeper into the skin, making them work more effectively.

• On which areas can it be used?

  Silk'n Bright can be used on your forehead, nose, chin, cheeks and neck.

• How do I use it?

  Splash your face with lukewarm water, wet the facial brush and apply face wash to the areas you would like to cleanse. Turn on the device, choose the vibration mode and a speed setting, and slowly move it over the different facial areas in upward, circular movements. Cleanse every area (forehead, nose, chin, left cheek, right cheek, neck) not more than 20 seconds.

• Can I use it under the shower or while taking a bath?

  Yes, Silk'n Bright can be used in the shower and while taking a bath.

• How many settings does it have?

  Bright is equipped with a vibrating and a pulsating mode. Each mode has 7 speed settings. The vibrating mode uses uniform vibrations for gentle cleansing. The pulsating mode uses alternating strong and weak vibrations for a massage-like soothing effect.

• How long does one cleansing treatment take?

  One cleansing treatment will take no more than 2 minutes. Silk'n Bright also has an auto shut-off timer which allows the device to shut off automatically after two minutes, indicating the end of your cleansing treatment. It will ensure that you don't exceed the maximum treatment time and prevents you from getting irritated skin.

• How many times can I use Bright on one full charge?

  This device can be used up to 60 times on one single charge.

• Does it work on batteries?

  No, Silk'n Bright does not work on batteries. It comes with a USB cable and USB wall adapter which charges the device in a few hours. On a full charge Silk'n Bright can be used up to 60 times.

• Is it suitable for daily use?

  Yes, it is gentle enough for daily use. However, we recommend you not to use it more than twice a day.

• Can I buy new brushes?

  No, Silk'n Bright works without refill brush heads. Because the facial brush is made of hygienic silicone studs, you can use Silk'n Bright over and over again.

• I have sensitive skin. Can I use it too?

  Yes, Silk'n Bright is perfect for any skin type. If you have sensitive skin, you will love the feeling of the soft silicone studs.
